After meeting with Debbie and holding a meeting to consider our options we appointed Orana Strata Services as our managing agent. Since this appointment we have been very happy with the services provided. Debbie acts professionally and efficiently, responds promptly and is friendly and courteous, taking a personal interest in our complex.    

Debbie has been the Strata Manager for several of my landlord’s properties. She has proved to be capable, efficient, ready to do that little bit extra and knowledgeable about strata matters.    

We enjoyed working with Debbie and from the time she was appointed to our plan, she attended to our Strata requirements in a professional manner, responded promptly and was efficient, friendly and courteous at all times. She took a personal interest in the building and kept us informed of issues and of changes to legislation.
